• On arrival your room is available starting from about 3 pm. On departure please live your room before 11 am. If you arrive after 7 pm, you are kindly invited to give us notice.
• Single use of standard or deluxe room: surcharge of € 35,00-45,00 per day.
• Surcharge of 10-15% for stays shorter as 3 overnights.
• Booking / cancellation is valid prior your written notice per post, fax or email and/or our written confirmation.
• Payment: We accept cash, EC-card, credit card (not American Express and Diners!), non-transferable checks and bank transfer. For cash payments (Euro or SFr.) we grant a reduction of 2% on the overnight and half board rates. According to Italian legislation, cash payment is possible up to € 4999,99.

Cancellations: Cancelling a trip is always annoying – for guests and for hosts as well. For this reason, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Please be advised, that we apply following charges: 

• 60 days prior arrival: no cancellation fee
• 14- 4 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
• 1 - 3 days prior arrival, in case of early departure we will charge 100% of the total amount if you booked only the room with no board, 80% for bed andbreakfast anf 70% for half board.

Cancellation cover also in case of COVID-19illness despite pandemic status

Due to the improved situation, we willnot, as of now,classify COVID-19 as a pandemic and therefore as a reason for exclusion in cancellation and travel interruption insurance, as long as the situation remains stable and there is no renewed surge in cases (second wave of infection) and, as a result, no tightening of measures, in particular travel restrictions.

Thus, as long as the situation remains stable, full cancellation insurance and travel interruption coverwill apply again. Cancellation cases in connection with COVID-19 are also covered, although COVID-19 is still classified as an epidemic or pandemic (WHO, Austrian health authorities, therefore pandemic exclusion according to the ERV Terms and Conditions for Travel Insurance will not be argued as long as the situation remains stable). This also applies to any travel interruption costs.

Here are some concrete examples to explain the cancellation cover.

Cover exists in the event that you, as the insured customer, are unable to commence the trip

• becauseyou have been found to have an elevated temperaturemeasured, even if a later test result is negative, or you have tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms.
• if you show COVID-19 symptoms.
• becausea close relative or a person living in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and your urgent presence is required.
• because a close relative in the shared household has contracted COVID-19 and you must therefore be quarantined.

However, there is no protection against cancellation if the guest cannot or do not want to start the travel because you are a risk patient or -even as a risk patient -you are worried about infection due to the increasing number of cases at your holiday destination.As before, our premiums do not differentiate between high-risk patients and non-risk patients, and, as before, we do not introduce any age limits.Reasons for cancellation that are causally related to the previous pandemic, such as job loss or short-time work, are not covered.

These cancellation fees apply in any case, also if we are able to let your room to other guests.

• Early departure: In case of an anticipated departure we will calculate the full price of the services you’ve taken advantage of and 70% of the price of the remaining booked service that haven’t been used.
• We highly recommend our guests to take out a travel insurance!

In order to protect you against annoying cancellation fees, we highly suggest taking out this insurance policy. Its costs amount to about 5% of the booking.
